Good toddler shoes

Bought toddler barefoot sneakers. They arrived on time. Fit well, seem comfortable. My kid likes them. Good purchase.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third order from Splay Shoes, this time for some kids barefoot shoes. I've previously bought the adult Freestyle sneakers and some replacement laces. Each time, the process has been smooth. The quality of the kids' shoes is just as good as the adult ones; they seem durable enough for active little feet. Shipping took 5 days to reach Denver, which is pretty standard for them. It's nice to know what to expect. They're consistently good, which is why I keep coming back.

Love my 101s!

I just got my 101 canvas shoes and they are amazing! The color is vibrant, and they feel so light on my feet. I've been wanting to try barefoot shoes for a while, and these are just perfect. I wore them all day today and my feet feel great, not cramped at all. The wide toe box is a game changer! I'm definitely going to get another pair soon, maybe the Freestyles next time. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just go for it!

Gobi boots and Splay Socks review

I purchased the Gobi leather boots and a pair of Splay socks. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Shipping took 6 business days, which is reasonable. The boots arrived well-packaged. Upon inspection, the leather quality felt good, and the stitching appeared durable. The zero-drop sole is consistent with other minimalist footwear I own. I wore them for a full day, and they provided ample toe splay without feeling loose. The Splay socks were a nice addition, providing comfortable cushioning without adding bulk. I contacted customer support via email about sizing before my purchase, and they responded within 24 hours with helpful advice. Overall, a solid experience with both product quality and service.

Good Freestyles, quick delivery

I ordered a pair of Freestyle minimalist sneakers for myself last week. They got here super fast, like 4 days to my place in California. The shoes fit well and feel comfy, exactly what I was looking for. I usually wear regular sneakers so these are different but in a good way. Happy with how it went.

any chance there's a free shipping code floating around? or do I just need to hit that $100 mark?

O Omar F. 1 month ago
Pretty sure it's just over $100 for free shipping. Haven't seen any separate codes for it myself.

I think the free shipping is just automatic once your cart hits a certain amount, usually that $100 mark. Haven't heard of a specific code for it.

Are these shoes actually good for wide feet? Most 'wide' shoes are still too narrow for me.

S Sarah 1 month ago
Oh man, yes! The toe box is genuinely wide, not just 'slightly wider'. My toes finally have room to spread out. It's a game changer.

They're probably the widest barefoot shoes I've tried. Much wider than Xero or Vivobarefoot in my experience.

Is Splay a legit company? Haven't heard of them before but the prices are good for barefoot shoes.

I Ivy 1 month ago
Totally legit. I've ordered from them a few times, good quality stuff. No issues with my orders.

Yeah, they're real. I got my Gobi boots from them and love them. Customer service was good too when I had a question.

Hey, I'm looking at those Freestyle sneakers. Do these run true to size or should I size up/down? My regular sneaks are a 9.

J Julia D. 2 months ago
I'd say they're pretty true to size for most people. I wear an 8.5 in Nikes and my Splay Freestyles are an 8.5 and fit great, plenty of toe room.

They are definitely wider than normal shoes, so even if the length is the same, they feel much roomier. I didn't size up, just stuck with my usual size and it was perfect.

How do these compare to Vivobarefoot? Looking for a more affordable option but don't want to sacrifice too much quality.

R Rachel Carter 2 months ago
Vivobarefoot definitely feels more premium sometimes, but Splay is a fantastic budget-friendly alternative. The flexibility and zero-drop are comparable, and Splay's toe box is often even wider. For the price, it's hard to beat.

Splay is great for the price. Vivobarefoot feels a bit more structured and maybe a tiny bit more durable in some models, but Splay nails the barefoot feel and is way easier on the wallet. Plus, I think Splay's designs are a bit more casual and fun.
